Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Festac, Lagos. The ideal candidate must have hands-on restaurant management experience and a strong ability to lead teams, ensure excellent customer service, and drive operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth service delivery
- Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate restaurant staff
- Ensure high standards of customer service and handle customer complaints professionally
- Monitor inventory, control costs, and manage stock levels
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance
- Implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction
- Prepare basic reports on operations and performance
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND qualification
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
