Key Responsibilities

Greet and attend to customers as they arrive

Take and process customer orders accurately

Handle payment transactions (cash or POS) securely and efficiently

Maintain a clean and organized reception/order area

Ensure smooth communication between kitchen and customers

Provide helpful information and resolve customer inquiries

Uphold a respectful and friendly demeanor with both customers and team members
Requirements

Proven experience as a receptionist or cashier in a hospitality or food-related environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Must be patient, respectful, and customer-service oriented

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
