Context & Work Environment
- SAP Harmonie and Microsoft Excel Workbook are used to operate the role on a real-time online system.
- Position heavily depends on the Web API tool for automated receipting operations.
- In charge of providing receipting assistance to every sales office and customer service center around the country.
- Consistent communication on Web API uploads with banks and the Bank Reconciliation Unit.
- The role operates in a sensitive financial environment, prone to risks of document forgery or fraud.
Key Responsibilities
- Strictly adhere to HSEQ policies and TotalEnergies Golden Rules, and utilize the Stop Card when necessary.
- Perform a minimum of 9 daily uploads of bank collections from Web API into SAP/HARMONIE, posting to Dealer/Customer accounts.
- Resolve receipting issues in coordination with sales teams and banks.
- Work closely with the Bank Reconciliation Unit to resolve outstanding credit issues on a daily basis.
- Collaborate with banks to ensure proper mapping of Dealer accounts and POS when Dealer changes occur.
- Handle daily receipting exception reports.
- Generate key reports, including:
- MT940 Offset Report
- Auto-Receipting Update Report
- Cashflow Reports (Network and General Trade)
- Monthly Cash Flow Summary
- Prevent duplication during data uploads.
- Conduct daily reconciliation between MT940 transactions and Web API per bank.
- Respond quickly to issues relating to missing transactions and un-receipted entries.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of B.Sc. or HND in a relevant discipline.
- A minimum of two years’ worth of related work experience.
- Must demonstrate strong numerical and analytical skills.
- High integrity and excellent communication/interpersonal abilities are essential.
