Job Description
We are looking to hire a detail-oriented and proactive Quantity Surveyor to become part of our growing team. The successful candidate will manage all phases of cost estimation, budgeting, and financial monitoring, ensuring cost efficiency without compromising on quality or regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare comprehensive cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities for various projects
  • Carry out cost analysis, risk evaluations, and feasibility reviews
  • Oversee contracts, valuations, and applications for payment
  • Track project expenses and ensure they remain within the approved budget
  • Provide expert advice on cost control and offer financial forecasts to both project teams and senior management
  • Work collaboratively with engineers, project managers, and procurement teams to support timely and budget-compliant project execution

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of practical experience in a relevant role
  • Solid knowledge of contract administration, cost estimation techniques, and budgeting practices
  • Excellent analytical abilities, strong negotiation skills, and effective communication

Salary
₦500,000–₦750,000 monthly
