Voice of Women Empowerment Foundation is a non-profit and non-partisan organization focused on advancing self-reliance and leadership among women and girls. Our core initiatives include advocacy for well-being and capacity development in alignment with the Sustainable Development Goals. We collaborate with media outlets across Nigeria’s six geopolitical zones to amplify and project women’s voices.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Programs Manager
Location: Arepo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Program Planning and Implementation: Design multiple program plans, set objectives and timelines, and provide direction to staff and volunteers for effective project execution.
- Monitoring, Evaluation, and Reporting: Work with the M&E officer to create and implement systems, track program performance and impact, and recommend improvements.
- Grant Proposal Writing: Draft grant applications, manage program budgets with the finance team, and support the organization’s annual strategic planning.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed reports for both internal and external stakeholders, showcasing achievements and addressing challenges.
- Risk Management: Determine possible hazards, put mitigation plans in place, and make sure the project continues.
- Donor Engagement: Carry out needs assessments and engage stakeholders to shape program design.
Requirements
- Candidates must possess relevant qualifications with proven experience.
Salary
₦400,000 – ₦500,000 / Month.
