Job Purpose
A People Partner plays a vital role within HR in locations where support is needed for employees and line managers during key moments. This role works across different HR teams, ensuring employee experience is prioritized and managing Tier 2 services in our delivery model.
The ideal candidate will lead two major areas: handling employee relations and conflict resolution to maintain a positive work culture, and managing Tier 2 HR care by addressing complex policy, regulatory, and legal concerns.

Responsibilities
End-to-End Employee Excellence Responsibilities:

Employee Relations:

  • Serve as the initial point of contact for managers and staff regarding matters pertaining to employee relations.
  • Provide practical support, including scripting, investigation summaries, and drafting outcome letters to ensure case resolution.
  • Assist with resolving conflicts, maintaining neutrality, and building trust in the resolution process.
  • Lead employee relations cases with full compliance to employment law, HR policies, and company guidelines.
  • Offer leadership and guidance on disciplinary actions, grievances, consultations, and redundancy matters.

Proactive Employee Relations and Manager Support:

  • Monitor trends in employee relations and coach managers to proactively resolve issues.
  • Take preventive action to manage concerns early.
  • Advise managers on performance- and conduct-related matters.
  • Stay informed on updates to employment legislation and HR procedures.

Model Enhancing our Service Delivery Model to Support Tier 2 Care

Complex HR Case Management

  • Ensure HR policies and decisions are applied consistently across the business.
  • Collaborate with HR functions (HRBPs, Reward, Talent, Payroll, etc.) to provide expert recommendations and resolve advanced HR matters.
  • Manage complete HR support in the event that legal or compliance concerns emerge.
  • Manage complex cases like absence management, flexible working, and family leave requests.
  • Oversee restructuring procedures at the employee level, including policy-compliant severance talks.

Liaison & Country Contact:

  • Provide insights and support for knowledge sharing and service delivery processes.

Experiences & Qualifications

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
  • Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
  • The capacity to operate both independently and cooperatively.
  • At least four years of experience in HR-related roles, such as HR Advisor, HR Generalist, or HRBP.
  • Preferably, you have strong negotiating and employee/industrial relations experience.
  • A keen interest in problem-solving, people management, and business advancement.
