Job Summary
The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the company’s operational functions, ensuring smooth execution of projects and events within scope, timelines, and budget. This role requires a proactive leader capable of managing cross-functional teams, streamlining workflows, handling vendor relations, and upholding operational excellence across all activities.

Key Responsibilities

Project Operations & Management:

  • Supervise the planning, coordination, and delivery of events, activations, and experiential campaigns.
  • Create detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Align operational execution with creative and strategic objectives.

Team Leadership & Coordination:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage operational staff, including event coordinators, logistics teams, and support personnel.
  • Foster collaboration between creative, production, marketing, and client service units.
  • Organize team briefings, performance evaluations, and workflow reviews.

Process Optimization & Compliance:

  • Develop and improve operational procedures and SOPs for projects and events.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards, legal requirements, and company policies.
  • Implement risk management practices and contingency measures.

Client Liaison & Reporting:

  • Serve as the main operational contact for clients during execution.
  • Provide regular progress reports to clients and management.
  • Quickly resolve client-related operational issues.

Vendor & Partner Management:

  • Identify, negotiate, and oversee vendors, suppliers, and contractors.
  • Monitor the quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness of outsourced services.
  • Build long-term relationships with external partners.

Financial Oversight:

  • Manage and monitor project budgets and spending.
  • Prepare cost evaluations and financial reports for projects.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising standards.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Event Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of operations or project management experience in event management, experiential marketing, or similar industries.
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
  • The capacity to work efficiently under time constraints and deadline pressure.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Solid expertise in budgeting, negotiation, and vendor management.

Preferred:

  • Prior experience handling large-scale corporate events, activations, or festivals.
  • Familiarity with production logistics, audiovisual equipment, and experiential technology.
