We’re growing fast, and we’re looking for goal-driven marketing executives to bring in recruitment contracts from businesses and HR managers across Nigeria.

Role Overview

We’re hiring high-performing marketers who can bring in a minimum of ₦2,000,000 in recruitment contracts monthly. This role is strictly performance-based in the first 2 months. Once you meet the target, you’ll start earning a monthly salary of ₦250,000 plus performance bonuses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pitch Lagos Jobs’ zero-cost recruitment model to businesses and employers.

  • Generate and close recruitment contracts (B2B deals).

  • Develop and manage your own leads and outreach strategy.

  • Report weekly on progress and deal pipeline.

  • Represent Lagos Jobs professionally online or in-person.

Compensation Structure

Stage 1: First 2 Months (Probation)

  • Commission-only: Earn 15–20% per job deal successfully closed.

  • No fixed salary.

  • If you generate ₦2 million or more in any one month, you graduate to Stage 2.

Stage 2: Salary + Bonus Model

  • Earn ₦250,000 fixed salary per month.

  • Maintain a monthly job deal value of ₦2 million+ to stay eligible.

  • Additional bonuses for exceeding target.

Requirements

  • Strong sales or marketing background (preferred but not mandatory).

  • Excellent communication and deal-closing skills.

  • Self-driven, result-oriented, and proactive.

  • Access to a smartphone, email, and WhatsApp for business communications.

  • Confidence to approach business owners, HR leads, or corporate decision-makers.
