Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including untapped markets, customer segments, and strategic partnerships.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive long-term business growth.
  • Conduct business case analysis to recommend improvements and streamline business operations.
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to design and implement promotional campaigns that increase market presence.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s products, services, and value propositions to effectively engage prospects.
  • Lead strategic planning initiatives to strengthen market positioning and overall business performance.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and initiatives to generate leads and expand existing client accounts.
  • Collaborate with the Legal team in drafting, reviewing, and finalizing contracts, agreements, and proposals.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • 5–10 years of progressive experience in Sales or Business Development (aviation industry experience is a plus).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Excellent time-management and organizing abilities, as well as the capacity to multitask well.
  • Proven track record in identifying, developing, and managing business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage confidently with executives, colleagues, partners, and stakeholders.
