Job Title: Learning and Development (L&D) Advisor
Position: Idi-Oro, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders and design directors to identify literacy requirements aligned with organizational and design precedents.
- Design and deliver specialized, behavioral, and leadership development programs that make pool capability.
- Support gift operation and race planning by easing structured development programs for critical places.
- Ensure compliance with customer, contractual, and assiduity training conditions, maintaining accurate and inspection-ready records.
- Influence digital literacy platforms and innovative delivery styles to increase participation and knowledge sharing.
- Deliver all L&D enterprises within approved budgets, achieving cost-effectiveness through seller operation and resource optimization.
- Develop and apply faculty fabrics, instrument pathways, and career progression models for engineering and design places.
- Conduct training needs analysis and manage the periodic training timetable, interventions, and development roadmaps.
- Manage connections with training merchandisers, specialized institutes, and professional bodies to ensure program quality and applicability.
- Examine and estimate training effectiveness using ROI, faculty assessments, and performance enhancement criteria.
Conditions
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services, Education, Business Administration, or an affiliated field.
- Membership with an applicable professional body (e.g., CIPM, CIPD, SHRM, ATD) is an added advantage.
- 5–7 years of learning and development experience in an EPC terrain, with a proven track record of poignant literacy interventions.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and donation chops.
- Strategic thinker, results-driven, and business-acquainted.
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
- Problem- working & invention mindset.
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, design-driven terrain.
- Strong understanding of faculty fabrics, specialized training, and instruments.
- Proficiency in MS Office, LMS, e-learning tools, and digital literacy technologies.
- Strong logical, reporting, and design operation chops.
- Stakeholder operation & impacting chops.
- Capability to manage budgets and merchandisers effectively.
