Program Overview
The Cowrywise IWD Internship Program 2026 is designed to provide students, recent graduates, and young professionals with practical exposure to the fintech industry. This short-term paid internship allows participants to work alongside experienced professionals while gaining hands-on experience across different operational and strategic departments.
Interns will have the opportunity to develop workplace skills, understand fintech operations, and contribute to ongoing projects within the organization.
Key Learning Areas
Selected interns may be assigned to one of the following teams:
- Customer Experience
- Legal and Compliance
- Portfolio Management
- Product Management
Participants will gain insight into how these departments collaborate to deliver innovative financial products and services.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
Be a student, graduate, or early-career professional
Demonstrate interest in financial technology, finance, or product development
Be eager to learn and collaborate with industry professionals
Be available to participate in the internship between April 1 and April 30, 2026
