Job Summary:
The IT Officer will be responsible for providing reliable technical support, maintaining IT systems and infrastructure, and ensuring efficient network and user management across the organization. The role supports smooth day-to-day operations by ensuring technology resources are secure, functional, and optimized.
Job Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to staff, troubleshooting hardware, software, and system-related issues.

Perform routine system maintenance to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.

Manage and monitor the organization’s network infrastructure, ensuring security and reliability.

Oversee user management, including system access control, account creation, and permissions.

Install, configure, and update IT equipment, applications, and operating systems.

Ensure data security, backups, and adherence to IT policies and best practices.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven knowledge of computer systems, networks, and IT support operations.
