About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Generalist to oversee daily HR operations and help ensure a productive, compliant, and engaging workplace. The ideal candidate will possess a balance of administrative skills, HR knowledge, and interpersonal capabilities to contribute to the efficient functioning of our human resources department.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Keep your HR databases and records current and accurate.
- Address employee relations issues, resolve conflicts, and handle grievance processes
- Support and document disciplinary actions as needed
- Create HR reports and offer data-driven perspectives to support decision-making.
- Organize training programs, wellness events, and team-building activities
- Assist in reviewing HR policies and fostering a positive workplace culture
- Provide support in payroll processing, benefit administration, and attendance tracking
- Facilitate performance evaluations and staff development plans
- Ensure full compliance with Nigerian Labour Law, the Factory Act, and company HR policies
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, industrial relations, human resources, or a similar discipline
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities
- Competency in MS Office and HRIS systems
- Excellent integrity and the capacity to keep information private
- CIPM certification or similar HR qualification is a plus
- 2 to 4 years of experience in a generalist or HR officer role
- Solid understanding of Nigerian Labour Law and HR practices
Salary
₦150,000–₦200,000 monthly (based on qualifications and experience)
