Role Overview

The Fresh Graduate Assistant position is designed for high-performing graduates who are detail-oriented, organized, and eager to gain practical experience in a professional environment. Successful candidates will support various departments through administrative, research, and coordination duties while developing leadership and professional skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support across multiple departments

• Carry out online research and compile relevant findings

• Support training and instructional activities, including preparation of learning materials

• Coordinate and participate in staff meetings and internal discussions

• Assist with staff performance assessment processes

• Support the planning and execution of corporate events and official functions

• Participate in research activities, data collection, and analysis

• Engage in field-based research assignments when required

• Attend professional seminars and contribute to periodic training sessions

Eligibility Criteria

• Currently enrolled in or recently registered for a postgraduate degree program

• Strong academic background with a minimum GPA of 3.0

• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Basic proficiency in computer applications

• Previous involvement in student leadership roles or campus organizations

• Demonstrated leadership potential

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

Compensation

Annual salary ranges between ₦960,000 and ₦1,800,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
