We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Field Sales Officer

Role Summary
The Field Sales Officer acts as OnePipe’s primary point of contact in bringing new business customers on board. The role involves identifying and converting potential clients by visiting them in person, engaging with administrators and decision-makers, presenting suitable OnePipe solutions, and handling all necessary documentation.

The ideal candidate will be persuasive, professional, and persistent—someone who enjoys fieldwork, manages leads independently, and ensures smooth verification handovers. The position also includes supporting weekly market awareness campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation and Conversion:

  • Determine the clusters of companies and client segments in the designated area.
  • Proactively arrange meetings with decision-makers.
  • Present OnePipe products and address objections or concerns.

Documentation and Onboarding:

  • Collect the necessary KYB paperwork, such as contact details, consent forms, and registration details.
  • Confirm that all submitted documents are complete, legible, and signed.
  • Forward the documentation to the Team Lead for verification.

Verification Preparation:

  • Serve as a link between customers and verification teams by arranging verification calls.
  • Follow up with customers who delay verification responses or workshop attendance.

Sales Storm Participation and Office Presence:

  • Participate in all scheduled weekly market storm activities.
  • Attend the office at least twice weekly for training, debriefing, and reporting.
  • To enhance team performance, give real-time field input.

Reporting and Follow-up:

  • Keep accurate records of all prospects, including contact logs, objections, sales stages, and follow-up actions.
  • Submit weekly activity trackers and pipeline reports to the Team Lead every Friday.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

  • One to two years of experience in sales, marketing, or acquiring new clients in the sector.
  • Strong presentation abilities with professional engagement skills.
  • Willingness to spend 80% of work time in the field and meet in-office attendance requirements.
  • Possession of a smartphone and comfort using digital tools for lead tracking.
  • Proven record of meeting or exceeding field-based sales targets.
  • Basic understanding of business registration documents and compliance requirements.
