Position: Factory Worker
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview

The Factory Worker will support daily manufacturing and production operations at our Ikeja facility. This role is ideal for individuals who are physically capable, safety-conscious, and able to perform efficiently in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Key Duties

• Operate basic manufacturing tools and equipment in a safe and efficient manner

• Adhere strictly to workplace safety guidelines, operational procedures, and company policies

• Identify and report equipment malfunctions, defective products, or safety risks to supervisors

• Support production processes including assembling, packaging, labeling, and sorting of products

• Assist with loading and unloading of materials and finished goods

• Ensure production targets and quality standards are consistently met

• Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with hygiene standards

Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification of SSCE

• Prior experience in a factory or production environment is an advantage

• Physically fit and able to work for extended periods while standing

• Willingness to work shifts when required

• Ability to use personal protective equipment (PPE) correctly

• Must reside in Lagos and be able to commute daily

• Good communication skills, ability to follow instructions, and teamwork orientation

• Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and time management

• Use of standard safety equipment is mandatory
