Job Summary
We are seeking a responsible and experienced Facility Manager to oversee the day-to-day management and maintenance of the facility. The ideal candidate will ensure the premises remain safe, functional, and well-maintained while coordinating repairs, utilities, and general facility operations.
Key Roles & Responsibilities

Manage and supervise daily facility operations and maintenance activities

Ensure the facility is clean, safe, and fully functional at all times

Coordinate repairs, renovations, and routine maintenance work

Monitor utilities and ensure efficient use of resources

Liaise with vendors, service providers, and contractors

Identify and report maintenance issues promptly

Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
Qualifications & Requirements

1–3 years proven experience in facility management or a related role

Good knowledge of facility maintenance and operations

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
