Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls.
- Generate potential sales leads.
- Address customer complaints, offering effective solutions and timely follow-ups to ensure resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, update accounts, and organize documentation.
- Adhere to communication guidelines, policies, and procedures.
- Go the extra mile to deliver excellent customer engagement.
- Understand and evaluate customer needs to achieve high satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through open and interactive communication.
- Using the appropriate instruments and techniques, give accurate, comprehensive, and reliable information.
- Reach call-handling quotas and sales goals for both individuals and teams.
- Requirements and Skills
- Minimum of a High School Diploma.
- Familiarity with customer service procedures and CRM systems.
- Strong customer orientation with adaptability to different personalities.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Demonstrated expertise working as a client service or customer service representative.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or surpassing performance quotas.
- active listening and phone handling skills.
Salary
₦90,000–₦120,000 per month.
