Job Summary
Our client is seeking a proactive Customer Service / Online Representative who will play a key role in maintaining excellent customer relations, ensuring smooth operations, and enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Follow up with customers via phone, email, or web chat to confirm satisfaction with products or services.
- Provide timely responses to customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
- Maintain a solid understanding of the company’s products and services to guide customers.
- Support sales by recommending solutions tailored to client needs.
Requirements
- Must be fluent in spoken and written English.
- Strong understanding of basic sales processes and customer engagement.
- Applicants must reside in Iju/Ishaga, Obawole, or nearby areas.
- Female candidates are preferred.
Salary
₦65,000–₦70,000 monthly.
