Summary
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service professional with technical support skills.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact between customers and the company for after-sales support (sales and technical).
- Handle customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Oversee and improve the onboarding process for customer projects.
- Manage customer support channels.
- Utilize email communication and customer relationship management software.
- Build and maintain strong customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve customer challenges.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- B.Sc./HNDin any field from a recognized institution.
- Strong IT skills, especially in Excel.
- Ability to work with multinational organizations.
- Proficiency in drafting proposals for multinational clients.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a travel agency.
- Hands-on experience in flight booking.
- Strong foundation in customer relationship management and sales.
- Must reside in Lagos.
Salary
₦150,000–₦250,000 monthly.
