Position Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will oversee design interpretation, project supervision, and on-site coordination to ensure that construction projects meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
Main Responsibilities

Prepare and review construction drawings, technical specifications, and design plans.

Carry out site assessments and feasibility studies to evaluate project requirements.

Supervise on-site activities to ensure compliance with engineering standards and safety policies.

Coordinate project resources such as materials, workforce, and machinery for efficient delivery.

Enforce adherence to environmental and safety regulations across all work sites.

Conduct regular quality control checks to maintain high construction standards.

Assist in project documentation including permits, contracts, and regulatory compliance records.

Collaborate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve project objectives.

Offer professional advice and resolve technical challenges during project execution.
Qualifications & Skills

B.Sc. or B.Eng. in Civil Engineering or related discipline.

2–4 years of proven experience in civil or structural engineering projects.

Excellent planning, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Strong communication and team coordination skills.

Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.

Sound understanding of construction techniques, materials, and applicable laws.
