Job Summary
We are seeking driven and well-groomed female graduates (entry-level) who are passionate about starting a career in the oil and gas industry.
This position suits candidates who are confident, adaptable, quick to learn, and open to training.
We also welcome applications from professionals with 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development within the oil and gas space.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and preserve connections with important industry players like NNPC, DPR, NAPIMS, and IOCs.
- Keep tabs on market developments and spot fresh project prospects.
- Revive inactive accounts and pursue new business leads.
- Support the preparation of bids, proposals, and pre-qualification documentation.
- Participate in client negotiations and assist with implementing business strategies.
Requirements
For Entry-Level Applicants:
- Female graduates between the ages of 21 and 26 (preferred)
- No prior experience needed, but must demonstrate a willingness to learn
- Must be articulate, well-presented, and self-assured
For Experienced Applicants:
- 1–3 years’ experience in business development, preferably in upstream oil and gas
- Strong communication, networking, and analytical capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with industry players and tendering processes
