Job Brief:
We are seeking experienced and dynamic Business Development Managers to drive growth across our Traditional Trade (TDI) and Retail channels. The ideal candidate will bring strong sales acumen, strategic thinking, and a passion for innovation to lead the expansion of Seven-Up’s market footprint, especially with the launch of new product lines.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to expand market reach and customer acquisition within assigned territories
- Lead market intelligence efforts and conduct competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities
- Secure and grow high-value partnerships with TDIs and retail distributors
- Consistently exceed sales targets while nurturing a performance-driven team environment
- Build and maintain long-term, productive relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Spearhead the launch and distribution of new product innovations, ensuring effective market penetration
- Serve as a brand ambassador and drive visibility for all Seven-Up products
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification is an added advantage
- Minimum of 5 years’ managerial experience in FMCG sales, particularly in route-to-market strategies
- Proven record of achieving business growth targets and managing distribution channels
- Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills
- Creative problem-solver with a strategic mindset and passion for innovation
- Ability to work collaboratively and inspire high-performing teams
