Role Overview
As an IT Intern, you will support the organization’s technology operations and digital transformation initiatives. This role offers an opportunity to develop practical technical skills while contributing to impactful business solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining and supporting IT systems, applications, and infrastructure
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for internal users
- Participate in IT projects, including system upgrades, automation, and digital initiatives
- Support data management, cybersecurity practices, and system monitoring
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency
- Document processes, procedures, and technical solutions
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Basic understanding of IT systems, networking, and software applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
