Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Software Engineer with strong expertise in embedded systems and Android POS development. The successful candidate will contribute to the design, development, and optimization of payment solutions, particularly for Point-of-Sale (POS) devices, while ensuring high performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy high-quality software applications.

  • Enhance and optimize existing systems to improve efficiency and functionality.

  • Collaborate with analysts, engineers, and cross-functional teams to enhance POS device performance and reliability.

  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software issues to ensure seamless operation.

  • Participate in system testing, integration, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc, B.Tech, B.Eng, or related discipline) in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a similar field.

  • Minimum of 4–9 years of hands-on experience in application development.

  • Strong understanding of embedded systems and Android-based POS solutions.

Technical Skills & Competencies

  • Proficiency in C, C++, Java, and Android development.

  • Working knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

  • Experience with C# and Object-Oriented programming using .NET Core.

  • Familiarity with relational database systems including PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, or Microsoft SQL Server.

  • Experience developing Java Enterprise applications, including frameworks such as Vert.x.

  • Solid understanding of software architecture, system integration, and database management.
