Job Title: Phone Repair Engineer

Role Overview

The Phone Repair Engineer will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining mobile devices while ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve hardware faults including screen damage, charging ports, circuit boards, and other internal components.

• Troubleshoot and fix software-related issues affecting device performance.

• Replace defective parts such as screens, batteries, cameras, and other components.

• Perform quality assurance checks to ensure repaired devices function properly and meet service standards.

• Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts utilized, and service outcomes.

• Clearly explain repair procedures, estimated completion times, and associated costs to customers.

• Keep up to date with emerging smartphone models, technologies, and repair techniques.

Requirements and Skills

• Minimum of a National Diploma (ND) qualification.

• At least three (3) years of hands-on experience in mobile phone repair.

• Strong knowledge of Android operating systems and smartphone hardware architecture.

• Skilled in soldering and chip-level troubleshooting.

• Proficient in using computer-based diagnostic tools and maintaining service documentation.

• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and customer service abilities.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Salary

₦100,000 per month
