We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Systems Support Officer to join our Systems Unit. This role is ideal for fresh IT graduates or early-career professionals who are eager to build hands-on experience in IT systems support, infrastructure, and operations. The successful candidate will assist in maintaining system functionality, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting internal users.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems and applications.
- Monitor system performance and report faults or irregularities.
- Support data backup, recovery, and basic cybersecurity procedures.
- Document technical processes and system updates.
- Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when required.

Requirements
- BSc/HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
