Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Technical Maintenance Officer with basic to intermediate knowledge of air conditioning systems and electrical installations. This role is ideal for a fresh graduate in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering who is eager to gain hands-on experience in facility maintenance and technical operations. The successful candidate will support routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities to ensure smooth daily operations.

Assist in the installation, servicing, and repair of air conditioning units and electrical systems.

Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment and facilities.

Diagnose faults and carry out basic corrective maintenance under supervision.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.

Maintain maintenance logs and report equipment issues promptly.

Support senior technicians and engineers in technical operations.

Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements / Qualifications:

Fresh graduate in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

Basic knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical wiring, and equipment maintenance.

Willingness to learn, with a strong work ethic and problem-solving mindset.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good communication skills and attention to detail.

Residency in or around Ijesha, Lagos is an added advantage.
