Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Website & E-Commerce Management
- Maintain and update the company’s website to ensure smooth user experience, product availability, and secure online transactions.
- Troubleshoot website issues, monitor performance, and work with developers to implement upgrades or new features.
2. Digital Systems & Tools Support
- Manage and provide technical support for business applications including email systems, CRM tools, inventory/order management platforms, and digital marketing tools.
- Ensure seamless integration between e-commerce platforms, payment gateways, and logistics systems.
3. IT Infrastructure & Security
- Ensure data backup, disaster recovery, and system availability at all times.
4. Technical Support
- Provide day-to-day IT support to staff to improve efficiency and productivity.
