Key Responsibilities
Administration & Facility Management

Supervise daily office administration, asset management, and general facility operations.

Ensure all company offices and outlets comply with safety, functionality, and regulatory standards.

Handle contracts and relationships with service providers such as security, cleaning, utilities, and maintenance.
Procurement
-
Design and execute cost-efficient procurement strategies for chargers, packaging, and office supplies.

Identify, assess, and negotiate with suppliers to guarantee quality, pricing advantage, and reliability.

Keep accurate records of vendors, purchase orders, and procurement activities.
Logistics & Supply Chain

Manage logistics processes for wholesale, retail, and e-commerce distribution channels.

Oversee warehousing, inventory control, and stock accuracy.

Work closely with the sales and product teams to guarantee prompt product delivery and availability.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with the finance team on budget planning, cost management, and vendor payments.

Align procurement and logistics plans with upcoming product launches and promotional campaigns.

Establish and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to drive operational efficiency.
Requirements

₦500,000 – ₦750,000 monthly.
