Position: Finance Associate
• Location: Hybrid (Remote & On-site V.I)
• Salary: NGN 250,000 – NGN 300,000 per month
• Industry: Microlending
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Process financial transactions, reconciliations, and invoicing.
• Support the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Collaborate with other teams to maintain efficient financial operations.
Note: Experience in a Microfinace Bank or Fintech is a plus.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a loan or Fintech company.
•First degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. (A masters degree and other relevant certifications would be an added advantage).
• Strong understanding of financial principles and reporting.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial software.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in the microlending industry is a plus.
