Summary
We are in search of an innovative Managing Director (MD) with significant experience in the BPO sector and a successful track record of leading international operations, particularly involving UK-based clients or partners.
This position will be responsible for shaping and executing the company’s strategic initiatives, optimizing performance, and ensuring sustained growth.
We are looking for a results-driven executive with a deep understanding of outsourcing services and a global perspective on business execution and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Offer strategic leadership that aligns with the Board’s vision and long-term business goals.
- Manage end-to-end BPO operations, with a primary focus on UK outsourcing partnerships.
- Cultivate and expand outsourcing relationships to consistently deliver top-tier service to international clients.
- Oversee overall operational performance, ensuring KPIs and service level agreements are met.
- Represent the company in major negotiations, client meetings, and business partnerships locally and internationally.
- Lead financial strategy, resource allocation, and the achievement of revenue and profitability targets.
- Promote the integration of digital tools to enhance efficiency and transparency.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and proactively manage operational risks.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and client satisfaction.
- Drive transformation efforts to boost operational efficiency and lower costs.
- Maintain strong collaboration with UK partners to ensure compliance and cultural alignment.
- Mentor leadership team members and promote a high-performing, accountable management culture.
Preferred Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have a solid network, experience handling UK-based outsourcing projects, and the strategic mindset to lead a business focused on global growth.
Preferred Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking and operational leadership.
- Financial expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- 12 to 15 years of senior leadership experience, especially in multinational or cross-border outsourcing environments.
- Proven experience with UK-based clients or operating within similar global markets.
