Description
We are in search of an experienced Senior Frontend Developer with strong expertise in Next.js and React Native to join our expanding tech team.
This role requires at least 7 years of professional experience, including significant exposure to fintech platforms or cross-border payment systems.
You will be responsible for designing, optimizing, and maintaining responsive, secure, and user-centric web and mobile applications within our payment infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain high-performing frontend solutions using Next.js (web) and React Native (mobile).
- Collaborate with product teams, backend developers, and UI/UX designers to ensure a seamless user experience across platforms.
- Implement CI/CD workflows, automated frontend testing, and Git-based version control practices.
- Conduct code reviews, support junior developers, and promote best practices across the frontend team.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards for data security (e.g., PCI-DSS, digital identity) as they impact frontend architecture.
- Integrate APIs for payments, identity verification (KYC/AML), and third-party services.
- Optimize frontend performance, scalability, and security across all devices.
- Maintain reusable components, thorough documentation, and clean, scalable codebases.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant academic qualifications in a technical field.
- Proven experience building fintech applications involving digital wallets, payments, or financial services is essential.
- Deep knowledge of modern frontend structures, state management tools (Redux, Context API), and React component lifecycles.
- Understanding of accessibility standards, internationalization, and cross-platform compatibility.
- Proficiency with Git, GitHub/GitLab workflows, and deployment tools like Vercel or Expo.
- Strong skills in writing maintainable, well-documented, and scalable codebases.
- Seven years or more of front-end development experience is required.
- Advanced proficiency in React Native, Next.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and responsive UI frameworks.
- Solid grasp of RESTful API integration, OAuth, JWT, and secure session handling.
