Our new training facility at Ibeju Lekki, Lagos, features advanced Confined Space Entry (CSE) simulators, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), and Fit Testing bays to serve a wide range of clients in the oil and gas, manufacturing, and industrial sectors.

Job Title: Operations Manager

Position Summary
We are hiring an experienced Operations Manager to direct and manage the complete operational process across various service areas, including training coordination, inspection supervision, and technical logistics.
This position demands strong leadership, strategic execution, and a solid background in field operations related to safety, engineering, or logistics.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all areas of operation, including safety training, inspections, logistics, and simulator activities
- Design and execute operational strategies, budget plans, and performance metrics
- Track and manage the performance of tools, machinery, and facility assets to maintain service standards
- Lead team coordination, reporting, and resource allocation
- Supervise technical and engineering personnel, ensuring adherence to industry standards and compliance
- Engage with clients to uphold service quality and drive continuous improvement
Required Qualifications and Certifications
- A Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Engineering, or HND degree in mechanical, civil, chemical, process engineering or a related field
- Proven experience in leading technical teams, managing equipment, and executing operations plans
- Background in confined space operations, LOTO, machine safety, or inspection is an added advantage
- Applicants must live within the Ajah to Ibeju-Lekki corridor
- 5–10 years of experience in operations, engineering, field inspection, or industrial safety
- Must be a registered member of NSE and COREN
