Job Summary
We are hiring a Sales Executive to join our growing team at Omoibo Global Limited, an e-commerce company based in Mushin. The ideal candidate is passionate about sales, has great communication skills, and understands retail or e-commerce order flow.
Responsibilities
- Drive product sales and meet sales targets
- Manage customer relationships and follow-up
- Track orders, delivery progress, and payment collection
- Provide excellent after-sales support
- Monitor competitor activity and sales trends
- Collaborate with logistics and inventory teams
Requirements
- 1–3 years of proven sales experience (e-commerce/retail preferred)
- Strong communication and persuasive negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of customer service and order processing
- Goal-oriented, self-driven, and detail-focused
