Job Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests. Warmly welcome guests and provide them with menus.
• Listen attentively to guests’ food and drink preferences and take accurate orders.
• Answer any questions about the menu and offer recommendations.
• Ensure efficient and timely delivery of food and drinks to guests’ tables. Serve multiple tables and prioritize tasks to maintain a smooth flow of service.
• Set up and clean tables before and after each guest’s use
• Respond promptly to guests’ inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a courteous and professional manner.
• Provide excellent customer service
• Present bills to guests, accept cash payments, and process card transactions accurately.
• Collaborate with other staff, including kitchen personnel and bartenders, to ensure smooth service and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a standard and reputable organization is an advantage, though required training may be provided.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Good numeracy skills for processing payments accurately.
• Positive attitude and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Familiarity with basic restaurant operations and service etiquette.
