A leading travel Agency is seeking an experienced and motivated Travel and Destination Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the travel industry, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage a wide range of travel-related tasks with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Provide expert advice and recommendations to clients on domestic and international travel packages.
Demonstrate exemplary sales skills by understanding client needs and curating tailored travel solutions that exceed expectations.
Manage any crises or emergencies that may arise, both during and outside of regular working hours.
Work collaboratively with other team members to deliver seamless travel experiences and contribute to the overall success of the business.
Operate effectively with minimal supervision, taking initiative to manage tasks and ensure all client needs are met in a timely manner.
