Team Lead, Relationship Manager Fund Mobilization at Estra Daint

Role Objective

The ideal candidate for this role will be tasked with driving personal business target as well as leading a team of four in driving the organizations’ fund mobilization target. The candidate must have a vast BD experience in fund mobilization, possess a robust personal client portfolio, good leadership and management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

· Funds Mobilization: Develop and implement strategies to raise capital from investors, institutions, and other funding sources.

· Business Development: Lead the identification of new business opportunities, partnerships, and client relationships to diversify funding sources.

· Investor Relations: Manage key investor relationships and ensure clear communication on investment performance.

· Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing business development team to achieve fundraising goals.

· Market Analysis & Strategy: Provide market insights, evaluate trends, and adjust strategies to optimize fundraising efforts.

Qualifications:

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (MBA or CFA preferred).

· Experience: 5 years in business development or funds mobilization, with 2+ years in a leadership role.

· Skills: Strong knowledge of financial markets, capital raising, and investor relations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

· Personal Attributes: Results-driven, strategic thinker, and team-oriented.
