Position Title: Supply Chain Officer – Operations
Where: Victoria Island, Lagos

Role description
- To guarantee the prompt and economical delivery of goods and services, we must manage and enhance our supply chain procedures.
- In order to streamline processes, cut expenses, and uphold strict quality and efficiency standards, you will collaborate closely with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams.
Principal Duties
- Organizes, plans, and oversees the assigned project procurement activities at the different stages of the project. It also takes the necessary actions to guarantee that the project procurement cycle is completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with contract or requisition requirements.
- Create and carry out the procurement execution plan and processes in compliance with the corporate policies.
- Keep an eye on the material requisitions’ timely completion. Set early necessary dates for delivery for equipment and materials in compliance with procedure and schedule, and check requisitions for completeness and expedite any missing data and/or paperwork.
- As assigned, examines and assesses purchase requisition forms to make sure purchases fulfill requirements.
- Project scheduling is planned and developed with regard to purchase order placement and requisition issue dates.
Expertise & Credentials
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a similar discipline is preferred.
- Knowledge of supply chain management tools and software, such as SAP, Oracle, or comparable programs.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with the capacity to establish connections with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain procedures, such as logistics, inventory control, and procurement.
- Outstanding problem-solving and analytical abilities, including the capacity to evaluate information and reach well-informed conclusions.
