Job Roles/Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations at grocery stores
- Direct Staffs, assign duties, and discipline staff if needed.
- Develop store strategies to raise customers pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability.
- Ensure that food displays are well stocked and neatly arranged.
- Manage subordinates staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs.
- Ensure the Supermarket concept is properly advertised through different channels and that the image is consistent with the product display and staff behaviour.
- Collect and analyse sales levels of products and services.
- Plan, monitor and report on the budget.
- Increase possible sales volumes and avoid losses through cross-selling, up selling or promotion of additional services
Qualification
- HND, Bsc
Salary: 120-150k
