Position: Student Counselling Officer (NYSC)
Work Arrangement: Fully On-Site
Location: Lekki, Lagos (Applicants must reside within close proximity)
Salary: ₦80,000 Net per Month

Role Overview

Unisage Limited is seeking a dedicated NYSC member to join our team as a Student Counselling Officer. In this role, you will guide prospective students and their parents throughout the study abroad process. This position offers valuable hands-on exposure to international admissions, education consulting, and client support services.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise prospective students on suitable courses, institutions, and entry requirements based on their academic background and career goals.

• Assist applicants in preparing and submitting admission documents while liaising with partner universities to monitor progress.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records and application documentation.

• Respond promptly to inquiries from students and parents through phone calls, emails, and physical consultations.

• Provide basic guidance on visa procedures and support students during pre-departure preparations.

• Participate in promotional activities such as education fairs, school outreach programs, and marketing events.

• Conduct consistent follow-ups to ensure applicants move smoothly through each stage of the admission process.

Requirements

• Must be an active NYSC member with at least 10 months remaining in service.

• Prior experience (0–1 year) in customer service, sales, or student advisory roles is an advantage.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Strong command of spoken and written English.

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and multitasking skills.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to international admissions procedures.

• Positive mindset and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
