We are currently seeking a diligent and organized individual to join our FMN Infrastructure team in the capacity below.
Role Objective
The Storekeeper will be responsible for supporting efficient store operations by ensuring accurate receipt, storage, issuance, and documentation of materials, while maintaining proper inventory control under the guidance of the Stores Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities

Receive, store, issue, and account for spare parts and materials in line with established procedures.

Monitor approved purchase requests to ensure timely receipt of items into the store.

Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe store environment at all times.

Ensure accurate documentation and regular updating of inventory records.

Arrange stock systematically to promote safety, accessibility, and cost-effective inventory levels.
Requirements
Qualifications:

Minimum of five (5) O’Level credits including Mathematics and English Language.

A professional certificate in Storekeeping or Inventory Management is an added advantage.
Experience:
-
At least two (2) years of relevant experience performing store or inventory functions in a similar role.
Skills and Competencies
-
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Proven ability to maintain proper inventory documentation such as Goods Received Vouchers (GRVs), bin cards, stock registers, and issue notes.

High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and spreadsheet applications.

Sound knowledge of inventory control, material handling, and record-keeping procedures.
