The company operates a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Lagos alongside fully equipped diagnostic centers in Lagos, Victoria Island, and Kano. Job Title: Store Officer

Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the receipt of goods and materials by checking deliveries against purchase orders and confirming accuracy and quality upon arrival.

• Maintain up-to-date inventory records through consistent documentation and data entry into the company’s inventory system.

• Carry out routine stock counts, reconciliations, and support audit exercises when required.

• Ensure the store environment remains clean, organized, and secure at all times.

• Work closely with procurement and production teams to maintain adequate stock levels and prevent supply disruptions.

• Apply effective stock control measures to reduce losses, damages, and wastage.

• Adhere strictly to company policies relating to safety, quality assurance, and environmental standards within store operations.

• Properly label, arrange, and store materials in compliance with established safety and quality guidelines.

• Track inventory levels to avoid stock shortages or excesses, and promptly escalate discrepancies for resolution.

• Issue materials to relevant departments only upon proper authorization and maintain accurate issuance records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, or a related discipline.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in a similar inventory or store management role, preferably within manufacturing or pharmaceutical settings.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• High level of integrity with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

• Proficiency in inventory management systems and stock control practices.

• Solid numerical aptitude, analytical thinking, and documentation skills.
