Formerly known as NAL Bank, it has transitioned from a leading investment banking firm into a dynamic full-service commercial bank. Its growth included a successful merger with four other institutions — Indo-Nigeria Merchant Bank, Magnum Trust Bank, NBM Bank, and Trust Bank of Africa — as part of the 2006 banking sector consolidation.
