Soul Food is a rapidly expanding food delivery brand based in Lagos, known for serving bold Caribbean-inspired meals and premium boxed dishes. We operate primarily on a pre-order basis, catering to individuals and office clients, and we are currently scaling up our operations citywide.
We are hiring for the position below:
Job Title: Social Media & Order Manager
Location: Remote (Lagos-based applicants only)
Salary: ₦100,000–₦150,000 monthly
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the company’s WhatsApp and Instagram accounts to drive daily sales
- Post daily menus, respond to customer inquiries, follow up on leads, and close orders efficiently
- Utilize Google Forms and Microsoft Excel to log and manage all pre-orders
- Gather customer feedback and compile weekly sales and performance reports
Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and responsive with fast turnaround time on replies
- Proven experience in a similar role (must provide examples of past work)
- Strong customer service and sales skills
- The capacity to operate autonomously and multitask in a hectic remote setting
- References will be required
