We are developing a scalable and sustainable solution to Nigeria’s emergency medical service shortage by fusing emergency response training with intelligent dispatch and communications technology as well as alternative medical transportation.
We are hiring to cover the following position:
Title of Position: Manager of Social Media

Overview of the Role
- You will be in charge of running our social media accounts on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok as a Social Media Manager.
- In order to build thought leadership marketing assets that enhance ERA’s purpose and brand, you will work with the marketing team to develop a content schedule, produce interesting content, and create thought leadership marketing assets.
Principal Duties
Social Media Management:
- Oversee daily posting and interaction on all social media channels.
- To maintain ERA’s social presence active and relevant, track trends and suggest innovative tactics.
Content Creation:
- Create aesthetically appealing and captivating content for any platform, including images, videos, and copy.
- Work together with copywriters and designers to maintain brand coherence.
Calendar of Content:
- Create and oversee a monthly content calendar while coordinating it with marketing goals.
- Arrange your posts according to important campaigns, occasions, and popular subjects.
Resources for Thought Leadership:
- Create and disseminate thought leadership content, such as blogs, case studies, and expert interviews, in collaboration with the marketing team.
Reporting & Analytics:
- To gauge the success of a campaign, monitor and report on performance indicators for every platform.
- Offer analysis and suggestions for improving social media tactics.
Requirements
- Proficiency with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok
- Strong organizational abilities, capable to handling several projects and meeting deadlines.
- Capable of working autonomously in a hybrid environment with little oversight.
- Applicants that reside on Lagos Island are given preference for partnership.
- A track record of producing material, including copy, videos, and graphics.
- Knowledge of scheduling tools for social media, such as Sprout Social, Buffer, or Hootsuite.
- Proficiency in crafting inventive and imaginative social media strategies.
