Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating and analyzing source code to ensure it meets our quality standards, follows best practices, and adheres to security protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Review source code for quality, efficiency, and adherence to coding standards Identify and document code defects, security vulnerabilities, and areas for improvement Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and implement best practices
- Participate in code review meetings and provide constructive feedback Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in software development
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of coding standards and best practices Assist in the implementation and improvement of code review processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in software development Strong proficiency in multiple programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C++, JavaScript)
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Requirements

- Experience with code review tools (e.g., Gerrit, GitHub, GitLab)
- Knowledge of security best practices and common vulnerabilities
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
- Experience in performance optimization and scalability
- Understanding of clean code principles and design patterns
