We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Finance Executive to oversee various financial functions within our organization. The ideal candidate Will be a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of financial analysis, reporting, and corporate finance.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Planning and Analysis
- Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans and budgets.
- Conduct financial forecasts and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue growth.
- Corporate Finance and Treasury
- Manage cash flow and treasury functions, including banking relationships, foreign exchange, and risk management.
- Oversee fundraising activities, including debt and equity financing.
- Conduct due diligence on potential acquisitions and investments.
- Financial Reporting
Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards (e.g., IFRS).
Coordinate with external auditors to facilitate the annual audit process.
- Project Finance
Manage the financial aspects of major projects, including capital budgeting and cost control.
Monitor project performance and identify potential risks and opportunities.
Qualifications
A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum of 4-6 years of Finance Experience
Proven track record in a senior finance role within a complex organization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting.
Experience with ERP systems and financial software.
Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
