Responsibilities:

1. Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that meet the diverse needs of students.
2. Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere conducive to learning and personal growth.
3. Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support their academic development.
4. Utilize a variety of instructional strategies and resources to enhance student understanding and retention of subject matter.
5. Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum, assessments, and instructional materials that align with educational standards and school objectives.
6. Establish and maintain effective communication with students, parents, and colleagues to support student success and well-being.
7. Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in teaching and learning.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
2. Teaching qualification/certification from a recognized institution.
3. Proven experience teaching the respective subject(s) at the secondary school level.
4. Strong subject knowledge and expertise in curriculum development and instructional design.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students effectively.
6. Passion for education and a commitment to student success and holistic development.
7. Ability to adapt to diverse learning needs and classroom environments.
