The Goal
- Schneider Electric’s 2025 Graduate Trainee Program is to recruit and nurture recent graduates who are keen to begin their careers in a cutting-edge and dynamic setting.
- This program provides a special chance to build your abilities and obtain practical experience in the automation and energy industries.
- The program is an on-site training that offers opportunity to work on diverse projects, interact with local and international teams, and gain mentorship through dynamic rotations in various business lines. Our Nairobi office will serve as the program’s base.

- Engage in practical projects and organized training courses.

Prerequisites
- A bachelor’s degree in a STEM field—such as mechanical engineering, computer and electrical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics engineering, or BEng.Tech—is required.
- Applicants must be awaiting graduation in 2024 or have graduated between September and December of 2024 in order to be considered.
- For consideration, the applicant must be enrolled in a NYSC program at the moment or awaiting registration.
- Proof of Completion: Candidates who are waiting to graduate must present documentation attesting to their completion of coursework, accompanied by a letter from their administration emphasizing this and their anticipated graduation class.
- Academic Achievement: Applicants must have received at least a 2nd Class Upper Division upon graduation, or they must be able to demonstrate that this will be their final grade.
- Excellent academic standing, with at least a 2nd Class Upper Division grade.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Capable of working at our Lagos, Nigeria headquarters.
- Eagerness to pick things up and adjust to a fast-paced setting.
